How It All Began
Many people struggle with feeling comfortable in their own skin due to the perceptions of others. This can cause them to lose sight of their dreams. What’s needed is a strong support system to help individuals reconnect with what truly matters.

Mission
My name is Brandon Madyun, and I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. As a creative, I have merged my love for both art and academics to innovate within my craft, making it engaging, motivational, and insightful. Above all, my mission is to guide self-love and raise awareness about mental health. I believe in inspiring individuals to embrace their authentic selves, because at the heart of everything, there is nothing more powerful than self-love.

Core Principles of i3Essential
i3Essential, is driven by three core values:

  1. i3 Exquisite – Celebrate the uniqueness that makes you, you. There’s no shame in being different.
  2. i3 Supportive – By lifting each other up, we strengthen our communities.
  3. i3 Essential (Don’t Seek Validation) – True self-love is not about seeking external approval; it’s about doing what aligns with your heart.

Our Goal
i3Essential was born from resilience and the need for self-expression. It symbolizes safety, empowerment, and acceptance for those on a journey to embrace their true selves. Our logo represents protection and unity, and whether it’s on a shirt, backpack, shoes, or poster, "i3" stands for a community where everyone is welcomed and supported.

As the movement continued to grow, I founded i3Essential Marketing, an organization focused on empowering aspiring entrepreneurs, especially within the Austin community. Through mentorship, coaching, workshops, fashion shows, photo shoots, and networking, i3Essential Marketing offers students a platform for creative expression, personal development, and professional growth.

As an educator, I am committed to giving back to the community and developing the growth of emerging entrepreneurs. By cultivating a dynamic, inclusive environment, I aim to create a space where creativity, ambition, and diversity intersect, shaping the future of success and innovation.
